  • 2-4 years of Work experience in Product (Technical) support and should have handled North American Customers.
  • Basic knowledge is required regarding the following topics: 
  • Bluetooth (BT-profiles), WLAN, USB, Navigation systems (Route calculation, live services, TMC), Radio (FM, HD, DAB, TMC, TA)
  • Customer oriented, ability to work with customers in a professional manner
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Must be able to work in shifts (night). Between 5 PM to 7 AM IST

 
LANGUAGE SKILLS:  

  • Fluency in French Support Contact Centre a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are required
